We offer a 48-hour cancellation window for all orders. Cancellations must be requested in writing within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. No returns are accepted after shipment. We offer replacements only if buyers provide sufficient evidence demonstrating that the issue is caused by HTI. To request a replacement, submit clear photos/videos of the defect within 7 days of receipt. HTI will review claims and decide on replacements at our discretion. Shipping costs for replacements are the buyer's responsibility.
