SHIPPING TERM
Seller shall arrange international shipment to Buyer's designated address. Buyer responsible for import duties and freight. Delivery timeline: 45 days from payment. Claims for damage during transit must be filed within 5 business days of receipt. Force majeure clause applies.

WARRANTY

CANCELLATION

RETURNS
No returns are accepted after shipment. We offer replacements only if buyers provide sufficient evidence demonstrating that the issue is caused by HTI. To request a replacement, submit clear photos/videos of the defect within 7 days of receipt. HTI will review claims and decide on replacements at our discretion. Shipping costs for replacements are the buyer's responsibility.
