WARRANTY

CANCELLATION

We offer a 48-hour cancellation window for all orders. Cancellations must be requested in writing within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. We are not responsible for any delays or issues beyond our control. All sales are final after the cancellation period. Please review your order carefully before confirming purchase.

RETURNS

No returns are accepted after shipment. We offer replacements only if buyers provide sufficient evidence demonstrating that the issue is caused by HTI. To request a replacement, submit clear photos/videos of the defect within 7 days of receipt. HTI will review claims and decide on replacements at our discretion. Shipping costs for replacements are the buyer's responsibility.
